You order an initial supply of Festuca units, each of which is pre-loaded with a knowledge-base of articles, information and Frequently Asked Questions from the extensive Focal Point archives. The specific knowledge-base will be customized for your company, services and region.

This spring, every new client you sign up will be shipped a pre-loaded, pre-programmed Festuca unit. You simply send us a list of new clients every week and we will handle the rest. Your client just has to plug in Festuca and let the auto-config process connect it to their wifi and the bundled app.

What happens next is pure magic.

Since Festuca is essentially “always listening,” it is always on high alert for positive news about your company. If your clients are having dinner and conversation turns to their lawn and landscape Festuca will be listening for and recording any positive comments. 

Anything remotely positive that your clients say about you will be immediately transcribed, and automatically published under your clients’ names to any social media sites they log into using the same e-mail address they use for Festuca.

We take all the hassle out of gathering positive reviews, for you AND your clients. 

 BUT NOT ALL NEWS IS GOOD.

Most client complaints start with a conversation in the home. What if you could stop complaints before the client picks up the phone? Now you can. Festuca is always listening, and she comes on high alert for certain pre-loaded danger statements from your clients. When Festuca hears your company mentioned in a negative light, the Festuca Action Plan is immediately triggered.

First, your clients will begin to hear calming music from the Festuca speaker. More hostile statements, such as "I'm gonna call and cancel right now" will trigger the playback of hypnotic recordings to soothe your clients and slow their roll.

Additionally, you (or a designated customer service manager) will receive a text message transcription of the offending message so that you can make a “pre-emptive” courtesy call to check in.
