Upon receiving your order, we will e-mail you an order acknowledgment.

We will then contact you to obtain your logo and any text/photo direction you care to provide. If you’d like to use our text or photos, just let us know at this time.

We will then generate a work order for your project, and our design team will get started creating a customized proof.

Once our design team has created a proof, we will e-mail and/or fax it to you for review.

You will then let us know if you’d like to make any changes, or if the project is approved for printing as is. Your order includes an initial design based on your direction, plus two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at $95 per round.

Once we’ve made any changes and secured your approval, we will print your project. This may take from 3 to 10 business days depending on what you ordered.

Prior to shipping your finished product, we will collect the order balance. If we have a credit card on file, we will use that. If you want to pay by check, please let us know and we will send you a balance invoice as soon as possible.

Once we’ve collected your order balance, we’ll ship your order and send you an e-mail with a UPS tracking number.
