We work with you by first determining how many homes are changing hands in your target areas, and then by managing a program to mail to new homeowners who match your profile as soon as their data is available.
How Does it Work:
1) Tell us the areas you want to target and the minimum home sale value that represents your best prospects. We will run a backward looking 6-month list count to estimate how many homes are changing hands every month.
2) We design, print and warehouse a 6-12 month supply of custom designed "Welcome to the Neighborhood" cards for you.
3) We subscribe to a new homeowner list based on your criteria, and then mail to the names as they come in, typically bi-weekly.
Our new homeowner program is very hands-off for you once we get the initial design and planning complete. We will copy you on the list data, so that these new neighbors can be added to your internal database.
